We try to avoid the use of plastic as possible in the entire production process – a proof of quality that sets apart all compasses by Cassens & Plath. Every single compass is cooled down to -30 degrees Celsius and checked to ensure that they are waterproof – after all they are to function even in extreme climates later on. Only after having passed all these rigorous tests, we allow a compass to carry the name Cassens & Plath.
